The standard
What we build to
We build and test this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. They are the guidelines most widely used to measure how accessible a website is.

Testing
How we test it
- Every page of titanpropertymanagement.co was last tested on October 6, 2026, on a phone-sized screen and a desktop screen.
- Automated checks (axe-core) ran over every page and every state a visitor can reach — menus open, forms empty, with mistakes and sent, the listing search with and without results.
- By hand: every page using only a keyboard; at 200% and 400% zoom; with text spacing increased; with reduced motion turned on; and by reading what each page presents to assistive technology.
- What the test found was fixed and tested again the same day. The automated checks now run every time the website is updated.
