When you send one of the forms on this website — a message, an owner or HOA inquiry, a billing question, a lease renewal notice, owner on-boarding details or the resident survey — what you type is emailed to our office.

The email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. A copy also goes to Sebanc&Co, the company that built and maintains this website, so a message can't be lost without someone noticing.

The website doesn't keep your form in a database. It exists as an email in our office's inbox.

To stop automated spam, the website briefly remembers the internet address a form was sent from — for at most ten minutes — and then forgets it.

We use what you send us to answer you and to handle what you asked about. We don't sell it.
